Q: What are the steps to place an order on the store?
- Select your item(s) you want to order
- Email Stran stewardpartners@stran.com with selected item(s) and details:
- Quantity
- Color
- Delivery address
- Confirm logo/artwork to be imprinted
- Desired in-hands date
- Payment method once job delivers – invoice vs credit card
- Stran will confirm order details and provide an official quote with estimated tax and shipping
- Stran will confirm approximate ship date
- Stran will proceed with the order and provide proof(s) for approval prior to proceeding with production
- Upon proof approval production will start and Stran will confirm status and provide tracking when ready
- Stran will send invoice or coordinate credit card payment once item(s) deliver
Q: When will my order be shipped?
All products on the store are Made to Order products and are produced as they are ordered. These products will typically ship within 2-3 weeks of the date they are ordered.
Q: When will my order be delivered?
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless noted otherwise. Delivery is within 2-5 business days, dependent on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Q: What if I'd like to return products from my order after it's placed?
We apologize, but we cannot make changes, adjustments, allow for returns, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. We may still be able to help, though! Send us an email at: stewardpartners@stran.com.
